A biomass hot air furnace for rubber drying recently passed commissioning and acceptance in Thailand and has now been put into normal production operation.
This project marks another successful application of Meibao’s high-cleanliness direct biomass hot air furnace technology in the rubber drying industry, following installations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. The system uses locally available biomass fuels such as palm shells, wood chips, and tree branches, which are economical and easy to source.
By replacing traditional oil-fired and natural gas-fired hot air furnaces, the biomass system has significantly reduced production costs while ensuring continuous and stable operation. In the face of rising energy prices and unstable fuel supply, it provides customers with a more reliable and cost-effective heating solution.
Meibao’s environmentally friendly and high-efficiency biomass hot air furnace has been widely applied in industries such as detergent powder production, fertilizers (potash fertilizer, monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and compound fertilizer), feed additives (dicalcium phosphate), and building materials (gypsum, kaolin, and coatings). The technology has delivered strong economic and social benefits for customers worldwide.
